One passport size photograph of
the student
School Leaving Transfer certificate from the previous school.
One certified copy of child's Birth certificate from Municipal/MRO signed copy.
Caste certificate if belongs to S.C/S.T/B.C or any other backward caste.
Provide One copy of Aadhar card of child.
Kindly provide your child's medical history, vaccination records, and blood type in case of an emergency.
Admission will be confirmed on submission of the necessary documents
and also payment of 1" term tution fee.
